7 Exercises Using Only A Skateboard

During the Covid-19 shutdown, one of the biggest lessons I learned was how to become much more creative with my workouts. I no longer had the equipment to workout, that I had used since I was in 8th grade. Although there was many ups and downs in the learning process; I found a few items that were particularly useful. One of those items was a skateboard. It is a great tool to develop strength, stability, balance, cardio, etc.
